The registration fee for delegates includes:

- Public Transportation Card
- Admission to the Meeting and Exhibition
- Final Programme and Abstract Book
- Coffee and lunches during the meeting

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

- Glasgow City Tour on Sunday 25 September OR Tuesday 27 September
- Public Transportation Card

Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a "first come first served" basis, and numbers may be restricted.

Registration for the welcome reception, which is included in the registration fee, must also be marked in order to obtain a ticket. Tickets are limited, so advance registration is highly recommended.

Member*

Membership in ESPE gives you a lower registration fee. Please note that it is important that you are registered as a member with the society in order to benefit from the lower fee. Your registration will be cross checked against the membership database.

Fellows in Training**


Participants for this special fee must submit a proof of their student status. After submitting your registration via internet, please fax a proof of training to fax number +46 8 661 91 25, attention ESPE 2011.

Retired fee, member***

Retired members can register to ESPE 2011 in Glasgow for the retired members fee. Please note that it is important that you are registered as a member with the society in order to benefit from the lower fee. Your registration will be cross checked against the membership database.

Special fee****

Participants applying for the Special fee must live in one of the countries with an average GDP per capita less than $11,9 according to the list of the World Factbook. This fee would only apply if the fee is being paid by the participant or institution. The special fee would not apply if the fee is paid by the industry.

Onsite*****

Onsite registration will be available at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre. Congress document and bag cannot be guaranteed for those participants registering onsite.

Alterations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please fax, post or e-mail to the Meeting secretariat, espe2011.registration@congrex.com

Group Registration

A special form for group registration can be obtained from the Meeting secretariat. Please contact espe2011.registration@congrex.com

Press Registration


Fully accredited members of the Press are invited to attend the ESPE 2011 meeting.
Registration as an accredited press member is complimentary, to apply, send an email to espe2011.registration@congrex.com  with the following information

 

  • A photography of your valid Press ID
  • Name and web address of the journal you are working for
  • The reason for attending ESPE 2011
The ESPE meeting secretariat will reply to your press application within 5 working days. Please note that industry staff and their communication agents are not eligible for press registration.
Online registration is not available.

All administrative charges in connection with the bank transfer must be paid by the participant.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 19 August 2011, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 75. For cancellations made after 19 August, 2011 we regret that no refunds can be made. 

Name change Fee
A fee of 75 EUR will apply.

Lost Name Badge
A fee of 50 EUR will apply.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 23 June 2011 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after 23 June 2011 we regret that no refunds can be made.
