A number of rooms in different categories of hotels have been pre-booked at preferential rates. All hotels are located in or nearby the city centre. The Scottish Exhibition + Conference Centre (SECC) is easily accessible by metro, bus and car.

Reservation
Bookings are made on-line and can therefore be confirmed immediately. All rates are per room per night and are including breakfast, service charges and VAT. Any extra charges for mini-bar, telephone, room service, etc. must be settled with the hotel directly. Booking requests received after August 8th 2011 will be subject to a late booking fee of 30.00 EUR.

 

 

Rooms can be guaranteed until August 8th, 2011. After this date rooms can be booked upon availability.

 

Payment Policy

A deposit at EUR 200 per room is required to guarantee your reservation, and this can be

paid by credit card or bank transfer. Bank transfers not received within 14 days of the booking date will result in the cancellation of the booking without further notice.

Please mention ESPE 2011, your name and the invoice number on any bank transfers. On completion of your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation / invoice by email.

The final balance payment is due August 8th, 2011

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your hotel reservation on or before August 8th, 2011, the deposit will be refunded less a 60.00 EUR handling fee.

Cancellation after August 8th, 2011 , or arrival after / departure before the dates indicated on your reservation form will result in the entire stay of accommodation being charged,

since hotel no-show charges make refunds impossible in this instance.

 

Changes

Changes of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of 20.00 EUR. Changes or

cancellations must be made in writing to Congrex Travel AG and can not be made via

internet. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they are unable to accept changes.
