Disclosure Statement
We request you to include your disclosure statement as slide number two in your presentation. This is your responsibility and is needed to guarantee the accreditation of the ESPE Meeting with CME accreditation bodies. The disclosure statement submitted along with your abstract submission/submitted disclosure statement form will be made public on the ESPE 2011 website.
Guidelines
All speakers giving a presentation are requested to validate their presentation in the Speakers’ Support Centre (SSC) a minimum of 2 hours before the session starts or the day before for early morning sessions. Presentations received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed optimal audiovisual support.
Experienced and skilled technicians will assist you to transfer and check/correct your presentation.
Peak hours of operation in the SSC are during coffee breaks and lunch breaks. In order to maximise your time in the SSC, and the attention that we are able to give you, we highly recommend visiting early in the morning or during the sessions. The accepted media in the Speaker Support Centre are: CD-Rom / DVD (data) and USB / Flash drives.
You will be contacted by the speaker management supplier ACS in early September with the possibility to upload your presentation in advance via E!Manager.
IMPORTANT:
Please note; ESPE policies state no pharmaceutical company logos are to be displayed on slides — neither at satellites nor general sessions.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Disclosure Statement
We would like you to add your disclosure statement on the upper left corner of the poster, placed below the title and above the introduction. The disclosure statement submitted together with the abstract will be published online at the Meeting website.
Mounting
Posters should be mounted on: Sunday, 25 September before the start of the first poster session at 14:15.
Poster must be removed on: Wednesday, 28 September by 13:00.
Format
The maximum size of your poster should be
120 cm high x 90 cm wide
. Your poster number will be displayed with printed figures in the upper corner of the poster board. Your poster material should be attached on the surface by material provided by the meeting staff.
Give a short and comprehensive review of the basic items of your study. This can be done by dividing your text into several but clearly delineated paragraphs and sections such as Introduction or Aim of Study, Materials and Methods, Result, Conclusions. Remember that it is easy to start reading a paragraph of six lines and that most people avoid one with 30! Your poster text should be enlarged so that it can be read at a distance of about one meter.
Drawings, diagrams and photos are extremely helpful and often necessary to display results and conclusions. Make sure that your illustrations are easy to understand; do not overload any chart or drawing with information.
When you remove your poster, please make sure to remove all poster-mounting materials from the board. The meeting staff will remove posters not taken down on time and the meeting Organisers cannot ensure any further responsibility for the material. Please note that at 13.00 on Wednesday 28 September all remaining posters will be thrown away.

Please note; ESPE policies state no pharmaceutical company logos are to be displayed on slides — neither at satellites nor general sessions.
