Abstracts are evaluated by 4 or more referees. An adjustment is made to avoid tilting the balance with generous or harsh referees and outlier scores are eliminated, giving each abstract a mark allowing their ranking. Ranked abstract are then selected by the POC for free communications or poster presentation. During this process, nor referees nor the POC have access to names of authors and/or centres. The decisions made by the POC are final. Abstracts are not eligible if already presented at an international meeting or would be published prior to the ESPE meeting. Abstract Reviewers 2011.pdf
